I have so many updates to announce to you all that I'm excited about. On April 26, 2012 my personal assistant and I had the pleasure of meeting with an advertising consultant with the Florida Today Newspaper and we will be featured in THE NEW "BEST" which will be replacing The Sun and Beach Breeze. The Best will be released THIS WEDNESDAY, MAY 2, 2012. This new publication will be reaching the communities of Suntree, Viera, Rockledge, Satellite Beach, and Indian Harbour Beach residents. Each week this publication will highlight these communities and will be delivered through Florida Today home delivery, single copy (racks), direct mail, and key locations.  The new Best publication will have stories on the lifestyles of these core communities such as dining, health, business spotlight, and more.  Hulk Flexx Fitness and Bodybuilding, Inc. will be advertising our business, brand, fitness, private personal training, nutrition, events, news, and how to contact the correct person to train with Hulk Flexx, Inc.  I want you to understand that we are advertising the business and the brand of Hulk Flexx Fitness and Bodybuilding, Inc. not myself Howard Wolfe, the business owner. We're excited about our new advertising adventure and what's to come next with the business.

Hello Readers,


Well, these past few weeks have been quite busy for the business, brand, and me. I have decided to host an OPEN HOUSE at my studio/gym so ALL of you can have a chance to meet me in person, ask questions, look at my top of the line work out equipment, and simply see if you're interested in working out with me to achieve ANY physical fitness, appearance, and strength goals you want to accomplish. I believe in taking chances in my business and my brand to help others feel good physically, gain strength, condition for any sport, or to just get back into those jeans hanging in your closet. For the men out there I want you guys to feel confident, strong, look good for your lady, and increase your performance in any sport or physical activity you enjoy doing. For the ladies I want to help you lose weight, tone, tighten those hard to reach areas that you dread looking at in the mirror, look sexy for your man, and build confidence on your physical appearance. For the ones who are already fit, let me help you reach your full potential as I coach you along the way. Besides, READERS, summer's coming up and it's right around the corner so you know what that means....YEP, IT'S THE BATHING SUIT TIME OF YEAR! Let me help you face the dreadful beach, swimming pool, bathing suit body image and confidence struggle. COME TO THE OPEN HOUSE!

The Open House will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2012 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and on Sunday, May 20, 2012 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.

UPDATE: One and A Half Weeks away from Vegas!

Hello Readers and Friends,
I first, want to apologize for the delay on recent posts. I have been EXTREMELY BUSY with Training, Working with Clients, and getting ready for my trip to Vegas. In my previous post I shared with you guys that for the FIRST time in 7 years of marriage I was going on my honeymoon with my Beautiful, Sexy, and HOT QUEEN! She has been my rock through my journey of bodybuilding to personal training. She is my INSPIRATION! Thank You Stephanie for ALWAYS BELIEVING IN ME & SUPPORTING MY BUSINESS. 


As, I was dreaming and FINALLY getting the chance to have the honeymoon I've ALWAYS wanted with my Wife and HOT QUEEN, I decided to get ripped and be disciplined with my diet, exercise, and commitment to looking fantastic for the trip of my life. As I prepared for the trip physically I took some AWESOME pictures at the gym a week and a half ago to show you readers just what you can accomplish by motivation, inspiration, diet, and exercise. Here's some really great pictures of my body a week and a half ago. 

When you put your mind and soul into changing your body for yourself, it's THE MOST AMAZING JOURNEY! I have learned over the last 15 to 20 years working as a bodybuilder and a personal trainer that watching your body transform into pure defined, ripped muscle is the most gratifying experience and journey. I hope to inspire each reader to challenge themselves to committing to physically achieve whatever your ideal body image is. You will be grateful, confident, and inspired to keep going! ENJOY my journey as I continue to change my body. Being a personal trainer is my ABSOLUTE DREAM JOB! It also is my life, my passion, my second love (My first LOVE is my SEXY Wife!), it's my dream come true, Thanks to Jesus for blessing me with this sport and talent. I hope you ALL ENJOY my NEW Update and stay tuned for more.
